When planning to sell my home I knew it was important to get the right agent to represent my interests, but with so many agents in the real estate business I didn't know who to call. Like most people, I turned to the internet. However, not just any agent would do....I wanted a "real" professional of the industry. Eric's responsiveness to my texts, emails, phone calls, etc was impressive as I typically had responses in minutes if not seconds. Ultimately Eric was able to negotiate an almost full asking price cash offer without me having to complete all repairs. This was the first home I had sold and it couldn't have gone better.
