A plan to build multiple buildings that would total more than 1.1 million square feet of office, manufacturing and warehouse space on just over 64 acres in Gallatin is moving forward. Al. Neyer, a company with multiple building projects in Middle Tennessee, is the applicant for the plan that was presented under the code name Project Bowtie. Gallatin planning commissioners approved the site plan for the property south and east of Airport Road and north of Coles Ferry Road. The plan approved has four buildings.
