Officials broke ground last week and are now recruiting tenants for a new, 90-acre business park with more than 900,000 square feet of industrial space in Gallatin, about 30 miles northeast of Nashville. Aero Business Park is the latest development in Sumner County for Middle Tennessee real estate and development firm Tenn Properties. "Together, we are creating a development that will foster innovation and economic growth for years to come," Tenn Properties Partners Stan Fields and Rob Horton said in a joint statement.
